Chinese mainland reported 54 new confirmed A/H1N1 influenza human cases from 15:00 August 5 to 15:00 August 7, adding the total infection cases to 2,264, the Ministry of Health (MOH) said on Friday.

Among the new cases, 28 were from outside the Chinese mainland and the rest were infected within the mainland, the MOH said.

Of the total 2,264 cases, 2,122 had recovered with no deaths or serious cases reported.
