Thailand's Death Toll from A/H1N1 Flu Contraction Rises to 65

Thailand's Public Health Ministry on Wednesday announced 21 more deaths due to the A/H1N1 influenza infection, bringing the country's death toll to 65.
Of the total death cases, a large number of the victims died due to having complication and congenital diseases, the ministry said.
Meanwhile, the country's total number of the A/H1N1 infected patients rose to 8,877, higher compared to 6,776 as of July 22, the ministry said.
Every Wednesday the Thai government schedules to announce the country's A/H1N1 outbreak situation, including the death toll and infected cases.
Thailand had its first two confirmed patients on May 12, and according to the World Health Organization, Thailand ranked 33rd country which has been hit by the deadly new virus.
