HK Reports 66 New Cases of Influenza A/H1N1

Hong Kong government's Department of Health confirmed 66 new cases of influenza A/H1N1 in the past 24 hours up to 2:30 PM on Sunday, which brings the total number of confirmed cases to 1,810 in the city.

The new cases involve 35 males and 31 females, aged between 1 and 60 years, said the department.

Among the confirmed cases, 33 patients are currently staying in public hospitals for treatment, including 26 in stable condition, two in serious and five in critical condition.

According to the Hospital Authority, the eight designated Flu Clinics on Sunday provide treatment to a total of 348 patients.
