Six more A/H1N1 cases were confirmed in Austria on Wednesday, bringing the total in the country to 47.

The Austrian Press Agency (APA) said that one patient comes from capital Vienna and the other five are from the state of Lower Austria.

A 20-year-old Viennese was found infected with the flu when he came back from his holiday in the Philippines. And the other five people were also found infected after their holiday in Mallorca, according to a spokesman of the Health Ministry.

The first H1N1 flu case in Austria was confirmed on April 29.
