A spokesman for the Department of Health of Hong Kong said that 31 newly confirmed cases of influenza A/H1N1 were reported in the 24 hours to 2:30 PM on Monday.

This brings to 726 the total number of influenza A/H1N1 cases in Hong Kong.

The new cases involve 17 males and 14 females, aged between three and 57.
