14 New Influenza A/H1N1 Cases Confirmed in HK

Fourteen new influenza A/H1NI cases were confirmed on Tuesday in Hong Kong, bringing the city's tally to 118, the Center for Health Protection of Hong Kong announced.
An international school will suspend classes for two weeks after two of its students were confirmed to have influenza A/H1NI.The two students are a 13-year-old boy and a 14-year-old girl. Both became sick on June 14.
Initial information from the school shows there have been scores of students showing upper respiratory tract infection symptoms. The center will conduct more in-depth investigation into their conditions.
Besides these two patients, there are six other local cases involving three secondary students, one primary six student, an 18- year-old woman living in Fanling and a 34-year-old man living in Kowloon Tong. The latter two had no travel history.
Four imported cases were also reported, two from Thailand, one from the US and one from Europe.
The remaining two cases, a 45-year-old man and a 49-year-old woman, are pending classification and further information about their travel history.
