Malaysia confirmed two more cases of A/H1N1 flu on Wednesday, bringing up the total number of the patients in the country to nine.

The Malaysian Health Ministry said that the eighth patient was an American student, 17, who arrived at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport on Monday aboard the MH091 flight from Newark, the United States.

The ninth patient was a New Zealander who was on the Air Asia D72723 flight last Friday, the same flight with an Australian patient confirmed last Saturday.
