Taiwan has confirmed 21 A/H1N1 flu cases as of Monday, the island's epidemic prevention department said.
The latest case involved a 21-year-old woman who returned from studies in the United States. She flew back to Taiwan on June 3, developed symptoms days later and was confirmed with the virus on Monday.
Her five family members were the only people who had had close contact with her and they'd taken preventive medicines, the department said.
