Canada will start calling the ongoing illness "H1N1 flu virus" and stop using "swine flu," the country's chief public health officer David Butler-Jones said on Thursday.

Jones made the announcement at a press conference in Ottawa. Meanwhile, the total of Canada's confirmed swine flu cases have risen to 32.
