Ice-covered Tea Plant

Photo taken on February 2, 2008 shows ice-covered tea plant at a tea garden in Shaoping County, southwest China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The longest severe frost in 50 years hit Shaoping since January 13, causing nearly 40 million square meters of tea plant covered by ice. Local government had taken measures to reduce the losses to the minimum.
