Freezing Weather Blocks Passengers, Power

Trucks line up at the Hunan section of Jing-Zhu Expressway (Beijing-Zhuhai) January 27, 2008. More than 20,000 coaches and over 60,000 passengers were affected by the freezing weather which paralyzed the trans-provincial highways.
