China Telecom, China Mobile, and China Unicom have initiated emergency plans to restore normal communications in quake-stricken Yushu county.

The three companies' mobile platforms are being deployed to relay cell phone signals, repair damaged lines and generate power. At this time, communications in Yushu County has been restored.
