All 35 delegations attending the 3rd session of 11th National People's Congress have registered, completing the preparation work.

By Wednesday night, nearly one million documents, which will be used during meetings, have been distributed to the deputies. To improve efficiency, deputies from other provinces and regions had been arranged to arrive in Beijing on the same day. Deputies who are focusing on the economic development of coastal areas in Liaoning Province, began their meetings right after their arrival. A blueprint drafted by a deputy regarding industrial zones was also discussed.

NPC deputy Gao Jun said, "The whole Liaoning coastal economic zone has become an attractive area for investment. Many projects invested from around the country are being launched, and a number of industry clusters are now being formed."

NPC deputy Sun Zhaolin said, "Environmental protection is particularly important in the coastal economic zone. We shouldn't damage the environment while developing economy."
