3rd Plenary Meeting of 11th CPPCC to Open on March 3

The 8th meeting of the the Standing Committee of the 11th CPPCC National Committee has been concluded in Beijing. It comes after senior political advisors discussed and put forward proposals to improve a draft work report for China's top political advisory body.
Jia Qinglin, chairman of the CPPCC National Committee was present at the discussion. The meeting decided that the 3rd plenary session of the 11th CPPCC will open on March 3rd in Beijing. It suggests the major agenda as listening and examining the work report of the CPPCC Standing Committee, as well as the work report on proposals since the 2nd plenary session of the 11th CPPCC last year.
It also includes attending the 3rd plenary session of the National People's Congress without voting rights, listening and discussing the government report as well as other reports.
