Hopeful Signs Emerging for China's Economy

Some signs of economic recovery have emerged in China, and while the nation is managing to reverse the downturn, it's still too early to call it a complete recovery, according to a top official.
Li Yizhong, minister of industry and information technology and member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), told China Daily on the sidelines of the CPPCC that although macro statistics for February have not been released yet, there are some positive signs.
