Various non-Communist political parties, democrats with no party affiliations and patriotic people are invited to take part in discussions on the management of state affairs. This includes participating in state power by holding leading positions in organs of power, government and judicial bodies as well as in various levels of the CPPCC; participating in discussions and decision-making processes relating to the state's general and specific policies; participating in the management of state affairs; and participating in the inspection and supervision of policies, laws and regulations implemented by the state.
