At Which Meeting Do Members of the National Committee and local Committees of the CPPCC Have the Right to Vote and Stand for Election? What Other Rights Do They Have?

Members of the CPPCC National Committee and local committees have the right to vote and stand for election at meetings of CPPCC. They also have the right to voice their opinions and offer criticism on the work of CPPCC.

Units and individuals participating in the National Committee and local committees of CPPCC have the right to participate in discussions concerning the country's general policies and significant local affairs, put forward proposals and offer criticism on the work of government agencies and their staff, and participate in and report on investigation into unlawful acts via CPPCC meetings and organizations.
