Grief overcomes some.

Colleague of peacekeepers, said, "I hope them to rest in peace."

As the funeral procession makes its way along Beijing's Chang'an Avenue, more colleagues hold up the wish, "Welcome back home and live forever."

"They finally reached home."

"I tried to keep from bursting into tears when I heard the news, but when I saw the pictures of them, I couldn't control my emotions any more."

"They dedicated their lives to maintaining world peace. And I believe everyone who loves peace will remember them forever."

A Beijing resident said, "I feel very sad. They sacrificed their lives for the motherland. Today I come here to welcome them back home."

It's a sad but proud day for China. People are paying their respects to the country's heroes, and wishing them a good journey.
