The No. 4 tropical storm Nangka was centered about 220 km south of Dongsha Island (18.6N, 116.6E) with maximum wind force up to scale 8 (20m/s) at 5:00 AM on June 26.

It is forecasted to move northwest at speed of 15 to 20 km per hour and may land in coastal areas from Huilai to Zhuhai, Guangdong in tonight or tomorrow morning.

From day to tonight, affected by it there will be strong wind with scale 7 to 8 to affect northern South China Sea and coastal Guangdong. The areas that its center passes will be ht by gale up to scale 9 to 10. Central South China Sea will be affected by strong wind with scale 6 to 7. Heavy rain or torrential rain is expected to hit eastern Guangdong, and southern Fujian. Parts of costal areas of Guangdong will be hit by severe torrential rain.
