Vice Premier Inspects Epicenter Reconstruction

Chinese Vice Premier Li Keqiang arrived at the May 12 quake epicenter on Sunday morning to inspect the reconstruction work.

Li, member of the Standing Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee Political Bureau, visited Yingxiu Town, Wenchuan County of southwest Sichuan Province to see the progress of the post-quake reconstruction and console the survivors.

The 8.0-magnitude quake has left more than 80,000 people dead or missing.
