Massive Landslide Strands 1,000 in Sichuan

Soldiers remove a huge stone that poses threat to public in Wudu Town of Jiangyou City, southwest China's Sichuan Province, June 16, 2008. Roads are swamped by a massive landslide on Monday leaving exceeding 1,000 people of two villages trapped without life supplies. It took three hours for the soldiers to get through the road.
