Mianyang on Orange Alert for Possible Dam-break

Workers are busy working beneath the Fujiang Bridge which is part of the Baocheng Railway in Mianyang City, southwest China's Sichuan Province, June 10, 2008. The Government of Mianyang City issued an orange alert, the second critical level after red, for possible total dam-break because the drainage of the Tangjiashan quake lake doubly sped up on June 10, 2008. All the people will evacuate in planned routing if the alert rises from orange to red.
