Aftershock Hits Wenchuan County

A 5.0-magnitude aftershock hit Wenchuan County of southwest China's Sichuan Province at 6:23 AM on Wednesday, the China Earthquake Networks Center said.

The aftershock centered at 30.9 degrees north latitude and 103.4 degrees east longitude, according to the center.

There have been no reports about casualties.

Wenchuan had been stricken by a devastating earthquake measuring 8.0 on the Richter scale on May 12.
