Institution for Transport Policy studies is behind the symposium " Towards a Low Carbon Transport System". The aim of the symposium is to discuss possible solutions to reduce the CO2 emissions from the transport sector. Keynote speaker is Dr. Pachauri, Chairman, IPCC. The symposium is a pre-event to the COP15. It is free tp participate in the symposium, however pre-registration is required to attend.
