With a cartoon style appearance of a pointed chin, big eyes and neat bangs, He Siqi, a 14-year-old student of 3rd grade in Fuhui Middle School in the Gucheng District of Lijiang City, ever won the environmental protection title of "Young Earth Guard" and cultural title of "Culture Preserver of the Naxi ethnic group". She has cared for the environment since she was a pupil and decided to protect environment from doing small things. In the weekends and holidays, she always cycle around the Yukon Snow Mountain with her friends to popularize environmental knowledge, such as utilizing deposed batteries and rejecting plastic bags. "The activity of human being is resulting in worse pollution and warming weather and the snow on the Yukon Snow Mountain decreases every year and the river water of the local Heilongtan Park shares the same situation. It is awful that all the beautiful scenery disappeared one day." She worried. Her grandpa was honorably titled "Badong", a title for sage in the Naxi ethnic group, and she was told to learn language and culture of the Naxi ethnic group since she was a little girl. She often went to grandma's home and learned language of the Naxi ethnic group form local residents. Now, she could speak the language of the Naxi ethnic group fluently. Besides, she tried her best to learn characters and ancient music of the Naxi ethnic group. She always acted as a culture promoter in her free time to publicize Naxi Culture to tourists. She was born in an ordinary and warm family. She studied hard and ranked at the top of the class. Besides taking part in a lot of environmental activities, she has been learning dance and playing instrument since she was four.
