Chinese relay sprinters were lucky enough to win a berth on Thursday evening for the men's 4x100m relay finals at the Beijing Olympic Games.

Team China finished sixth in the first round heat in 39.13 seconds as the fastest four in each heat go into the finals.

China got the chance of the final lineup after the referees had disqualified the second-ranked Britain and the fifth placed Italy.
