Ameircan Stephanie Brown Trafton won the women's discus throw gold at Beijing Olympic Games on Monday.

The US thrower won the gold with 64.74 meters. Cuba's Yarelys Barrios took the silver in 63.64 meters and Ukraine's Olena Antonova won the bronze in 62.59
