Italy's Andrea Minguzzi beat Hungary's Zoltan Fodor to win the gold medal of the men's Greco-Roman 84kg at the Beijing Olympic Games on Thursday.

Fodor took the silver while Turkey's Nazmi Avluca and Sweden's Ara Abrahamian finished joint third.
