Reza Yazdani of Iran beat Kurban Kurbanov of Uzbekistan 3-1 to take the men's 96kg freestyle wrestling gold medal at the Asian Games here on Thursday.

Japanese Takao Isokawa and Indian Mausam Khatri shared the bronze medals.
