China won the women's four 500m kayak gold medal at the Asian Games here on Thursday.

The Chinese quartet of Wang Feng, Wu Yanan, Ren Wenjun and Yu Lamei clocked in the winning time of 1:34.440, beating Uzbekistan to second in 1:37.776 and Japan to third in 1:39.187.
