Another doping case has been confirmed at the Asian Games, according to an Olympic Council of Asia source on Wednesday.

The OCA source said the second doping case involved a wrestler who didn't win medal in Guangzhou.

A press conference will be held at 2 p.m. local time to announce the details.

Uzbekistan's judoka Shokir Muminov was stripped of his silver medal last Friday after testing positive for the banned stimulant Methylhexaneamine.
