In the second quarter, the price index of investment in fixed assets dropped 3.9 percent, year-on-year. Of which, the price of construction and installation dipped 5.9 percent; that of purchase of equipment, tools and instruments descended 2.6 percent; and that of others increased 1.9 percent.

In the price of construction and installation, the cost of materials fell 10.4 percent; while that of cost of labours, and machinery uses correspondingly surged 6.3 and 2.9 percent.
