In the first quarter, all the construction enterprises in China (refers to those construction enterprises having overall or professional contracting qualification, excluding those sub-contractors in labor services, same as follows) achieved construction gross output value at 1,011.7 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 21.2 percent.

The total areas of building constructed by construction enterprises were 2899 million square meters, a year-on-year increase of 8.4 percent.
