38.8% Beijing Housing Buyers Aged Below 30

The latest survey from Horizon-China Company shows that nearly 38.8 percent of commercial apartment buyers are aged between 21 and 30.

The survey also shows that nearly 30 percent of residents in Beijing aged from 21 to 30 plan to buy apartments in the next five years, and most of them hope to own new houses.

Analysis finds that although these young people have been faced with enormous pressures, competitions in university enrolment, employment and high housing price, they generally have high income, high diploma and high social status. Most of them are confident that they can own more money through hard work. They also have plenty of choices when buying apartments.
