Luofu River Bursts Bank in NW China

The Luofu river has burst its bank in northwest China's Shaanxi Province, said local authorities Saturday.
The river, a tributary of the Weihe River, breached its bank in Huayin County, and over 500 people were battling to fix it, said the provincial flood control officials Saturday noon.
The exact time of the accident and whether casualties were inflicted are still unknown.
