5.7-magnitude Earthquake Jolts Tibet

A 5.7-magnitude earthquake struck southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region Wednesday, said the China Earthquake Networks Center.

The quake occurred at around 10:06 AM in northern Tibet's Nyainrong County, Nagqu Prefecture. The epicenter was 32.4 degrees north latitude and 93.0 degrees east longtitude, according to the center.

No reports of casualties or damage are immediately available.
