Five miners have been trapped underground by mudslide in Chenzhou city of central China's Hunan Province, rescuers said Thursday morning.

More than 100 rescuers have rushed to the Manaoshan mine to rescue the miners, who were said to be trapped in a mining tunnel 10 meters underground.

The accident happened at around 12:00 AM.
