Two bodies retrieved from a river in a scenic gorge in Jingning She Autonomous County, Lishui City have brought the death toll from a flash flood in east China's Zhengjiang Province to three.
Bodies taken from the river on Thursday were confirmed as tourists from Shanghai Friday, a county government spokesman said.
They are Liu Yujie and Liu Nuo, who were among four people swept away in a landslide-triggered flash flood on August 15, the official said.
The dead were among a tour group of 18 from Shanghai.
The other two caught in the flash flood were the guide, Chen Jianchao, who was found alive Sunday, and tourist Zhang Lin whose body was recovered Tuesday.
The rescue was hampered by poor communications and transportation problems. More than 20 were injured during the search and rescue operation.
