The miners were trapped for 25 days.

The three survivors were found at noon on Sunday, and immediately lifted to the ground.

They appeared very weak but were able to talk. Doctors told them not to speak to conserve their energy.

A nurse said, "Their condition is quite good. They felt thirsty at first, and it's better now. They don't want to eat anything."

A doctor said, "The health condition of them is almost the same. They all said they were thirsty. The main problem is that the blood pressure of two of them is too low."

Doctors say they are too weak to travel. Once they are stronger, they will be sent to hospital for further treatment.

The three survivors, all in their 30s, managed to survive by drinking water.

And they sent signals to rescuers by the remaining light in the mine.

Among the 16 trapped miners, one has already been confirmed dead but rescuers are still searching for 12 others.
