Nickelodeon, a global entertainment group, said on Wednesday it would launch "China Toon," a program featuring China-made animation, starting July 5.

The one-hour program will be offered in 13 countries and regions in Asia on the Nickelodeon Asia channel.

China Toon will premiere with two series, "Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf" and the "Magic Wonderland."

The former tells a story of battles between a smart goat and evil wolves; the latter is a 3D animation in which a girl overcomes difficulties to find and save her mother.
