A villager drinks water when fetching water down the mountain in Huize County of Qujing City, southwest China's Yunnan Province, on March 7, 2010. Local villagers need to walk several kilometers down the mountain to fetch wather as the severe drought hit the province. At least 15 million people are affected by the shortage of drinking water in the worst-hit regions of Guizhou, Yunnan, Sichuan, Guangxi and Chongqing, according to the State Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters.
