A local resident paddles boat on a flooded street in Rongshui Yao Autonomous County, southwest China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, on July 4, 2009. Floods caused by rainstorms since early the week have left four people missing and 11,845 others displaced in Guangxi.
