Islamic Hamas movement on Sunday expressed anger over receiving Israeli right-wing premier Benjamin Netanyahu "in the Arab capitals."

"It is unfortunate that Netanyahu, who denies all the Palestinian rights and doesn't believe in the language of peace, being welcomed in the Arab capitals," said Mushier al-Massri, a Hamas lawmaker based in Gaza.

Netanyahu heads for Egypt Monday in a bid to lobby support for Israel's campaign against Iranian nuclear programs. Next week, Netanyahu will be visiting Jordan to join Davos forum and may meet King Abdullah II.

Al-Massri says that Netanyahu's Arabian tours come as his government continues building settlements in the Palestinian territories and boosting the Jewish measures in East Jerusalem.

He called on the Arab countries to "stand beside the Palestinian people and put pressure on the most extremist Zionist government." Al-Massri said the Arab's idle position "provides cover for the enemy to go ahead with its aggressive policies."

Hamas controls the Gaza Strip since 2007 and feuds with the secular Fatah movement led by Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.
