Locals donate money at a fund raising event for victims of the Japanese earthquake and tsunami in Wenchuan County, Sichuan Province, held by the Red Cross on March 20, 2011. Officials and local residents donated a total of 20,000 yuan ($3,047). Wenchuan County suffered a 7.9 magnitude quake in May 12, 2008, leaving more than 80,000 people dead or missing.
