Sam Savou, Trade Representative of the Pacific Islands Forum Trade Office to China, talks about the effects of climate change on Pacific Island countries. On Dec. 1 in Beijing, he explained the ongoing struggles of Pacific Island countries with global warming. He called for immediate international cooperative efforts to address rising sea levels and other critical situations.
