The finals of Men's 100m Breaststroke Swimming event of the Beijing 2008 Paralympic Games were held at the National Aquatics Center on September 12, 2008.
 Ricardo Ten of Spain claims the title of the SB4 and breaks the world record.
 Thomas Grimm of Germany claims the title of the SB5.
