China's Zhang Lixin Wins Men's 400m T54 Gold

China's Zhang Lixin claims the title of the event with a time of 45.07 seconds and set a new world record during Men's 400m T54 final of the Beijing 2008 Paralympic Games at the National Stadium, also known as the Bird's Nest, on September 10.
