China's Parliament Adopts 2012 Budget

China's parliament, the National People's Congress (NPC), adopted the country's 2012 budget Wednesday.

NPC deputies at the closing meeting of the annual parliamentary session voted for the report on the implementation of the central and local budgets for 2011 and the central and local budgets for 2012.
