Delegate Promises to Abide by CPC Rules

The 18th CPC National Congress delegate Guo Mingyi types an SMS message to a university student volunteer in his office in Anshan, northeast China's Liaoning Province, Aug 21, 2012. Guo became a national role model for his continuous support for more than 180 poor students. He said his life changed nothing after winning many glories and he would continue to strictly follow the requirement laid out by the Constitution of the Communist Party of China. A total of 2,270 delegates have been elected to attend the upcoming 18th National Congress. They will represent more than 82 million CPC members to attend the Party's 18th National Congress, which is scheduled to be held later this year in Beijing. [Xinhua]
