Preparations for the 2026 national postgraduate entrance exam, scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, have been finalized, the Ministry of Education said in an online release on Friday.

The ministry has coordinated comprehensive efforts to ensure exam security and fairness. In collaboration with other government bodies, it has held safety meetings and issued guidelines, emphasizing a preventive approach.

Exam organizers nationwide have strengthened safety protocols, employing human, physical, and technological measures to identify and address potential risks. Contingency plans and services for test-takers have also been refined.

As a national exam defined by law, the ministry reminded candidates to follow rules, cooperate with checks, and refrain from bringing prohibited items such as smartphones or smartwatches into test halls. Any form of cheating or impersonation is strictly prohibited.

Violations will be seriously handled according to the law and relevant regulations, including the Criminal Law. Students caught cheating may face penalties up to expulsion, while working professionals could be subject to disciplinary action by their employers.

The ministry also advises candidates to prepare in advance: check exam times and locations, bring required documents and stationery, plan their travel, monitor weather conditions, and maintain both physical and mental well-being for the test days.
